Use this page as the Support URL in Google Play Console and App Store Connect if you want a
stable, public link on the same domain as the Responder Pager service.
Most issues: contact your department or county Responder Pager administrator
(the people who create accounts, assign agencies, and manage dispatch settings). They can reset access, verify
your phone number on file, and confirm your agency is receiving pages.
Sign-in and SMS codes
Ensure the phone number in the app matches the number your administrator registered for your account.
Wait for the SMS code; check signal and blocked-message filters.
If codes never arrive, your administrator may need to confirm carrier filtering or your account status.
Push notifications (Android / iOS)
Enable notifications for Responder Pager in system settings.
On Android, battery optimizations can delay alerts; follow any in-app guidance to allow reliable delivery.
After reinstalling the app, open it once while online so the device can register for push again.
Web console (dispatch / admin)
County dispatchers and administrators typically use the browser app:
https://app.responderpager.com/app.html
(sign in with the credentials your organization provides).
If your organization has a separate contract or helpdesk for Responder Pager (billing, data processing agreement,
or product escalation), use the contact information from that agreement or your internal IT escalation path.
This public page does not publish a generic public inbox; doing so reduces spam and misrouting for emergency
organizations.
